This looks like a beautiful image. Your presentation - white ink on slate is very intriguing. Would you please share details on how this is accomplished? Is it some form of screen printing or some form of wet or dry transfer? I’d love to learn more and also see more images from the Camargue.
BTW, we have another forum member, John Cole (@JMACole), who has many Camargue images that I am hoping we get to see.
The image was converted to B&W then inverted and printed with a UV printer which has CMYK, White and Gloss. Printing with white you have to think a bit different. Normal prints use the white paper for all the whites and lights in the image when printing. When using white ink and printing on dark media you have to invert because otherwise it will look like a negative. This was printed on a Roland LEF 20 UV pinter. I can print on almost any media up to 3" thick.
